WE ARE YOUNG AND UNIQUE! All our team members have extensive experience in various sports. Each of us has been or currently is a competitive sports player or part of a regular sports team in the community. We love Fun, Healthier, and Active Lifestyle, just like you!
Our Team
PA Team : Supporting participants with physical activities, social and community participation, and development of daily living and life skills
ESSA Team : Providing exercise physiology services, physical activity programs and sport-specific training.
OT Team : Providing occupational therapy services to support participants in developing independence, Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and reports.
